1General Terms & Definitions

Bk365 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Site") is a licensed online Sports Betting and casino gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions apply equally to every member ("you", "user", or "member") who uses the Platform.

Definitions of key terms used in this document are provided below:

• Platform: The bk365 website, mobile app, and all associated services.
• Member: Any individual registered on bk365.

• Bet: The act of wagering money on the outcome of an event.
• Balance: The total funds currently held in the member's account.
• Wagering Requirement: The number of times bonus funds must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

Bk365 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised terms take effect immediately upon publication on the site, and continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2Account Register

You must create an account before accessing any services on bk365. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. If an account is created using false or incomplete information, bk365 reserves the right to close that account and forfeit any funds held in it at any time.

Each member may register only one account. Holding multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in all accounts being closed.

• Your real name, date of birth, and contact details are required at registration.
• Bk365 may request identity documents or other supporting documentation for verification purposes.
• Keeping your account login credentials confidential is entirely the member's responsibility.
• Accounts may not be transferred or lent to another person.

3Age Restrictions & Eligibility

Bk365 is a responsible gaming platform. We take the protection of minors very seriously. Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from using any services on bk365.

Age is verified at registration. bk365 may request proof of age at any time if there is reason to doubt. If a member is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned.

The following individuals are also ineligible to use bk365:

• Residents of countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Bk365 officers, employees, and their immediate family members.
• Individuals whose accounts have been previously closed for cause.
• Individuals with a gambling addiction who have an active self-exclusion in place.

4Deposit and Payment Policy

Bk365 supports multiple deposit methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit is BDT 200, and the maximum varies according to the member's account tier.

• Deposits must come from the member's own payment method only.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or cards are not permitted.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).
• Deposits are generally instant — though some methods may take up to 30 minutes.
• If you experience any issues with a deposit, contact support immediately.

5Withdrawal Rules

KYC verification must be completed before any winnings can be withdrawn from bk365. Withdrawals must always be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies depending on your account level.
• Standard withdrawal processing is completed within 1–24 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold in cases of suspicious activity.
• Bank transfers may take an additional 1–3 business days.

Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled. Please double-check the amount and method before confirming your withdrawal.

6Bonus & Promo Terms

Bk365 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms and validity period. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x.
• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once or across multiple accounts.
• Bk365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
• Free spins or free bets are generally valid for 7 days.

7Betting Rules & Payouts

All bets on bk365 are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled. Upon acceptance, bk365 will issue a confirmation number. If a bet fails to register due to a technical error, the amount will be returned to your balance.

• Bets can be placed at any time before a match begins.
• Live betting is placed at real-time odds during a match.
• Bk365 is not responsible for changes in odds — the odds at the time a bet is placed are final.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Bk365 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds.
• Winnings from settled bets will be credited to your account within 24 hours of the result being confirmed.

In a parlay or combo bet, if one event is cancelled, that event's odds are set to 1.0 and the remaining selections are settled as normal.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bk365 to ensure the integrity and security of the platform:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Betting on the basis of match-fixing or insider information.
• Placing bets using third-party funds or operating a betting syndicate.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on behalf of or in the name of other members.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on the platform.
• Using hateful, obscene, or harassing language.

9Account Suspension and Closure

Bk365 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• If evidence of a terms violation or fraudulent activity is found.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request for self-exclusion.
• By court order or direction of a regulatory authority.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance will be available for withdrawal before closure, though bonus balances will be forfeited.

Inactive accounts may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of BDT 100 or 5% of the balance, whichever is lower — the account will be automatically closed once the balance reaches zero.

10Responsible Gaming

Bk365 believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We help members maintain healthy gaming habits and are committed to raising awareness about the risks of addiction.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Keep your maximum bet amount within a set limit at any given time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a gaming break for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a period of 6 months to 5 years.
• Reality Check: Receive session time and spending reminders at set intervals.

11Privacy and Data Protection

• Information may be shared upon request from legal authorities.
• Members may request to update or delete their personal information at any time.

12Limitation of Liability

Bk365 is not liable for the following:

• Bets missed due to internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• If account information is compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.
• If the member suffers financial loss as a result of their own betting decisions.

Under all circumstances, bk365's maximum liability is limited to the member's account balance.

13Changes to Terms

Bk365 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.

Updated terms take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, please contact support to close your account.

14Contact & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24 to 48 hours.

• Complaints will receive a response within 14 business days of the submission date.
• Complex matters may take up to 28 business days to resolve.
• Bk365's decision shall be final in all dispute resolutions.
• Complaints may also be submitted to the relevant licensing authority.
